Kyte Powertech Autoclave Vacuum Oven
Raptor Engineering were commissioned to manufacture and install Autoclave Vacuum Oven for Kyte Powertech, a transformer manufacturer in Ireland. The unit included a heating system with a working temperature of 135 degrees Celsius. The Autoclave has a total weight 35,000kgs is designed to operate at a vacuum of 10Pa. The fully insulated unit has automated sliding doors with hydraulic locking system and was manufactured and installed on site.
Irish rail station fuel tank upgrades on the east coast
Raptor Engineering were commissioned to supply and install ten fuel storage tanks and remove and dispose of existing units. The contract included full pipework installation complete with fire valves and level control. Each tanks had a capacity of 1100 litres. All tanks are bunded and built to BS799:5 Type J standards. Coated with two pack epoxy marine paint finish to withstand harsh weather and a coastal environment.
Structural belly tanks for Warsaw data centre
Raptor Engineering were commissioned to supply of five structural belly tanks for Warsaw data centre for power generation fuel supply. The tanks were designed and built to support a 50,000kg generator unit. All tanks were bunded and built to BS799:5 Type J standards. Each tank has a capacity of 30000 litres and a dry weight of 9000kgs. Coated with two pack epoxy marine paint finish for harsh weather and coastal environments and complete with fuel polishing and a level control system.
